Due to a BIOS issue on my old micro ATX HP motherboard that was running a socket LGA1155 Intel i7-2700 processor, I was unable to load a new EVGA Geforce GTX 1060 6Gb video card. Because I have a more long term upgrade path in mind, I did not want to immediately purchase a new processor, better ram, fully modern ATX motherboard, larger case, etc. Thus, I decided to save money and stick to my plan by trying out this motherboard from Gigabyte, a refurbished GA-H61M-S2-B3. After swapping my components to the refurbished Gigabyte board, my system is running great, including the Geforce 1060. The fact that this motherboard supports PCI Express 3.0 is an added bonus. Note: this motherboard does not include native support for USB 3.0, but there is plenty of room to throw in a USB 3.0 card via the available PCI slots -- just be aware!Read full review

The gigabyte GA-H61M-S2-B3 is a great value. I used it for a small Home Theater PC that sits under my TV.
