Most things are good on this bluetooth. Small and compact. Looks sleek. Connects quickly and easily. Battery life is pretty good. Micro USB connection is easy and sure. It's also quite comfortable. It's nice to have a bluetooth on that you have to reach up and feel for it to know you have it on. Too many bluetooth units out there are SO uncomfortable. Now, for what is not so great. Connection distance to my phone is OK but could be better. Answering and hanging up a call is done via a small button that's not always easy to find, especially if you happen to have gloves on. I wish it had an easy to click button like the "Jabra Supreme" that Jabra for some stupid reason has stop producing. It would also be nice if the talk time was a little longer and it would be nice if it would tell you how much "talk time" you have left. But, all in all, I'm pretty happy with it and would likely buy another if I lost this one. I think 4 out of 5 stars is an accurate rating. Read full review

Jabra makes great headsets. This very compact BT headset connects fast and sounds fine. Very well built and you can't beat the price for a high quality item. You can even listen to music with these things while waiting for your call (even though it comes in one ear the music quality is acceptable). Can't go wrong with this product. I am just a consumer with a lot of BT products. My wife wants to take the Jabra from me already so now I have to buy her one.

Works perfectly fine and you could switch ears with the easy to remove ear clasp very clear listening and speaking music plays at the right volume (make sure you have it inserted close to your ear properly) has a nice long range from your phone too! Excellent for the price!

Embarrassing to say that I have probably six Bluetooth earpieces. This one has the best Clarity and quality according to people I talk to while using it. Fits comfortably in my ear and is a great value. I absolutely recommend this earpiece and there are good prices when searching to purchase.

Very few earbuds fit inside my SMALL ear. This one is wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't manage to keep up with earbuds...so I have bought this one 4 times. I hope they remain available for a long time. Oh, this last time I washed it in the pocket of my jeans :)
