blades and sealers are enlisted by gods to restore order from enemies and monsters.the 2 characters can't coexist in the physical world at the same time.you have to switch durning battles.both have unique abilities and spells.they both share health, magic and combo points.to attack you spend combo points to queue up physical blows targeting an enemies body.while hitting them in the correct order deals damage.hurt parts are marked with a stamp that lets you to carpet-bomb damaged parts in on swipe..the graphics are o.k. the environments are a bit bland and tons of enemy encounters.get this game used instead of new if you really want to try it
I didn't hate this game. I had a lot of fun with it and I wouldn't hesitate to play it again. I do feel that the game was incomplete. The game was too short. The storyline had too many elements and possible senarios missing from it, and the ending left me hanging a little too much as well. It just left me with more unanswered questions. I assumed it was because I had to replay the game again to get the real ending. Nope, there is only one ending. The battle system is very unique compared to other games I've played, which is a major plus. Unfortunately, it doen't really change too much throughout the game. Just level up and chop away at your enemies, and that's it basically. I loved the watercolor art in the game. Something I would have liked to see was the character designs move instead of being presentes in a slideshow. I know that would be hard, but making art similar to this move like actuall people in a game has been done before. What I really like about this game is that you only play with Nine and Aisha, which makes things more difficult since RPG players are used to using more than just two characters. I don't think the game was worth its original retail price of $50.00 or $60.00, but if you get it for a cheaper price, I would recommend buying it. Regardless of the game's flaws, it was fun and the music was great. This game does have what it takes to be successful and compete with top selling RPGs. It just needs more work. I would certainly love to see this game remade with everything that the game needs instead seeing what seems to be a BETA version of the game. Wait for the game to be cheaper, and then buy it.Read full review
