This is a decent graphics card that will support Windows 7 Aero graphics interface. This card does not use a fan to cool it. Instead it use aluminum fins. While this makes the card completely silent, the fins used on this card is rather large in comparison with other card from different manufacturer, it can be a problem if you are putting this in a chassis with limited space. This card is a half height card thus can be converted to go into a low profile slot. For the price this is a great solution to get Windows 7 Aero support and hardware decoding of HD video.
Unbelievable value to upgrade a dated PC or to enhance the performance of a PC whose video card robs the CPU of available RAM. The 3 output ports accommodate a variety of needs and can be used simultaneously for multiple monitor configurations. These attributes alone warrant a cost far beyond what I paid. The HDMI output is superb. The 3-D graphics are awesome. Think long....think wrong when it comes to deciding whether or not to buy this card. I love mine.

I love this card. I bought my first through Newegg, who still sells these for $38 as of this review (3/18). Its NOT a gamer card, but it can handle moderate 3D modeling. I bought it for HD playback though. Its got HDMI out, and easily capable of 1080p all day long. I also was looking for quiet, and this is fanless, but it runs cool enough to touch (feels lightly warm doing standard office work, hot but not uncomfortable showing HD video) on stock settings. Never had a hiccup, only draws 60W at full so no additional power required. My 2.9GHz dual core athlon system has a 250W powersupply, running 2 sata HDD's and a dvd burner. Newest technology? no. Outdated? not really. I bought more...
I bought it for a PC I had on order, but wasn't in my hands yet. So when it arrive, PC's case a small form size, your product is for a full size PC case. I'm keeping it for future use?

Simple install. Compatible with Open GL -Autodesk software. Overclocking App will make buggy video, crash, and recover under Win 7 O.S. when set to max. Factory settings yield no problems and dual video setup automatically. Simple as it gets. Didnt benchmark, not a gamer, but graphics were smooth and nicely shaded. Running VGA, DVI simultaneously with no adapter needed.
