I have really enjoyed her cookbooks! The baking handbook is detailed with photos of how to make everything. Have made the coconut cream pie twice. Excited to make more from this book, and isn't that the purpose of her books; to motivate us to bake to please those we love 😊. We lived in Germany for 6 years and enjoyed the elegant poo pastries in the coffee shops and this book goes into detail how to make them. Have wanted to make the " nussshnecke" and found a recipe that comes really close!

The is the how to book that shows you everything you need to know in the kitchen that your grandmother never showed you! The kitchen secrets are now at our finger tips! From how to make a simple meal with amazing flavor that will make everyone think you spent the whole day working on!! I made some the of desserts in this book and took them them to work, the results were SMASHING! Some of my co-works thought I had been taking some cooking classes! Fooled them!
