I purchased the ROKU not knowing a lot about it. It came promptly and was easy to set up. The only problem I had was not realizing I was going to have to purchase an HD cable. Once that was acquired, it was a breeze to get it going. It was without instructions and I'm sure if I'd looked they were available on the web. It was somewhat user friendly and I was to navigate through it pretty well. I was a little confused when I went to view some of the movies / programs I wanted as I found very them very expensive. I realized I was searching under Fandango and not ROKU. Once I was shown how to do that I was able to get the channels I wanted at, for the most part, no cost. Pleased to be a ROKU user now.

Took some back and forth between the PC and TV to get set up, with Roku sending an access code to the PC which is necessary for the setup.Takes some time to input user name and password, as you need to hunt and peck each letter/number/symbol, and a misstep may mean beginning over. Once setup, works well with the exception (in our case) of the remote. The central enter button requires more than ordinary pressure to engage. Outside of the remote, it is very easy to use.
