AAAA+++ I absolutely love this phone, it is amazing in every way, the only thing im not 100% happy with is the camera quality, as thought it would be a lot better, but everything besides that is great. It has many different features and mod cons and does everything a smartphone should. It is great value for money and feels and looks like very good quality. I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend to friends, especially for the price. I am happy to say this is the best cellphone I have ever owned and I would not hesitate to buy another one again, I love it. The screen is a great size and makes internet scrolling easy. It is easy to use and perfect for my needs. I have checked and it is 100% brand new and original and not refurbished. Price was nice but very disappointed in the sensitivity of this phone! A friend and my mother have same phone which they have had since it came out few years ago an they work perfectly. This one and the one I just returned pretty much had the same problem, the bottom right side of the phone doesn't react to touch very well. I have adjusted the sensitivity and removed screen protector, works a little better but nothing like my samsung s4. I went with this phone because the price was within my bugget has a nice camera like my s4, is waterproof among other little things. If I hadn't switched networks I would be still using my s4. Wonder if it makes a difference on who you buy the phone through? My s4 got through Verizon, this s5 I bought through a company on ebay.
