I'm not against Sealife but I doubt they can really produce DC series as a camera you or I can use. What's difference between DC1400 and DC2000? DC1400 never allows you to take any single photo of moving subject while DC2000 does. Shutter speed has been proved and much faster than DC1400. But!!! That doesn't mean you or I can take good photos. You or I have to wait seconds for DC2000 to save photo in the memory card. Then, camera is ready for next shutter when moving subject has been gone away. So you or I may luckily leave one good shot, or not. I'm not a professional photographer but I can say I'm good enough at this and I like taking photos. I have iPhone 6 with underwater housing and this works 100 times better in terms of camera. Hey guys, iPhone is just a phone with camera, not a camera with phone... It's not personal, but so disappointing... Please Sealife, could you make any good one? Sealife was my first underwater camera when I learned many years ago. Please do not let me down.Read full review

Great underwater camera. I’m not a pro but I’ve gotten some really good photos with the DC2000. I have sea dragon video lights and sea dragon strobes. They help immensely especially at depth of 30-120 feet. I like that the DC2000 has filter settings for green or blue water and snorkel.

Nice camera with great big buttons for underwater use.

I love my DC2000, I wrote this because of the 1* "poser" review...the camera does have a few minor draw backs, but these are very minor (i.e. the buffer speed when shooting a RAW image). Overall it makes superb images both topside and underwater.
