This product is fine except for the fact that I can barely hear the recording. I have as yet found no way to turn up the volume, Perhaps there is a secret to making the recording louder??

I was a little hesitant about buying a used electronic tool, but this product works like a new one! I wanted a second recorder in case my primary one might break down at a bad time (I record oldtimers' histories and transcribe their stories), and this one is now my primary recorder instead of the backup. I love it!
The reverse button would not work at all so it was all worn out yet some and try to sell it anyway
