I used few toshiba laptops over last 10 years. One was even dropped to concrete floor, and served me for 7 more years after that. No complaints. When selecting used hard drive, I feel more safe with Toshiba. End of story !

This is an easy drive to install into a laptop. There are no boot disc needed. The 1 in my Compaq lappy died so I replaced it with this 1. I works fine. No problems at this time.
