EXCELLENT PRODUCT it's quiet and performs as advertised I have a feeling this will last much longer than my last 500 gig seagate hard drive which I only got 250ish hours out of!!!! LOL
The hard drive performs the same as the hard drive that came with the laptop when it was purchased new. There haven't been any problems to date and it has been installed for about 6 weeks.
I gave it to someone they installed it. And windows 7 to it and it seems to work just fine. It was to replace another hard drive that go broken when my laptop fell of the bed.
Had a few problems Put in a laptop had some unexplained problems slow lost files etc. Put in in a external case and files got lost I will probably not use it for anything important.
