The title says Beginner to Intermediate so I thought I could start this as a Beginner. But the poses were very difficult and required more strength than I had at the time. If you haven't done yoga or other strength training for at least a few months, start with Yoga Zone Strengthen and Tone. I just started to be able to use this video and it is excellent ... I just don't recommend it for beginners.
