This book is very useful in my everyday cooking and for parties. You can make gluten free items and no one can feel like they are missing anything. This book makes you want to cook more and that helps because it is difficult to eat out with allergies to gluten and dairy, etc. Thank you for a great source of new recipes.
I LOVE this book, I am allergic to Gluten, Wheat, Dairy and Soy. This book has been a lifesaver for me. I can actually eat food/dessert that don't taste like cardboard with the help of this book. So far the recipes that i've tried have been FABULOUSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! I've bought several other GF books and this one is by far the BEST! I am so thankful for this book! Who eats bland food? NOT ME!
If you are trying to find a good gluten free cookbook that is creative for families....this is it! I am cooking for a family of six...and four of them are young...and I find this book to be my favorite. It is simple and easy to guide your self through...I give this book two thumbs up!
I previously had "The Gluten Free Kitchen" by Roben Ryberg. It was one of my favorite cookbooks; so, thought I'd try another by her. It, too, is becoming a favorite. They are the ones I turn to when searching out a new recipe. Every recipe I have tried has been excellent! Would definitely recommend any G-F cookbook by her.
Offers a wide variety of recipes without gluten that are easy to prepare, and tase good. I've looked through many gluten-free cookbooks, and am glad to report that most of my everyday food needs can be met in this one copy.
