Change your personal information
You can change your personal information, including your username, email address, password, secret question, phone number, profile, and PIN, from the Personal Information section of My eBay.
To change your personal information:

You can change your registration, payment, or primary shipping address from the Addresses section of My eBay.

You can change your email address from the Personal Information section of My eBay.
