Communicating with sellers
When communicating with a seller in another country, remember that some phrases and terms may have different meanings in another language. If you don't speak the same language as the seller, consider using a free translation service, such as Google Translate. Use simple, grammatically correct phrases to increase the chances of getting a correct translation. These free translation tools may not always give you a correct translation, and we can't guarantee their accuracy.
When shopping on one of our international sites, prices for items are shown in the country's local currency. To find exchange rates, you can use a currency converter.
PayPal is a safe, secure way to pay for your items and is the preferred payment method for most eBay buyers and sellers. PayPal lets you send payments securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't ever see your credit card or bank account information.
Shipping and customs information
The cost of shipping to your location is usually listed in the item description. If the shipping cost isn't shown, contact the seller. Buyers and sellers are responsible for meeting any customs and documentation requirements for shipping to another country.
