Updating your credit card information
If you use a credit card to pay your seller fees, it's important to keep your information current to avoid possible delays in paying your invoice.
You can update your credit card information by:
Adding a credit card to your eBay seller's account for automatic payments
Adding a credit card to your eBay account for verification purposes only
If your credit card isn't accepted or for more information, see Solving credit card problems.
Verifying your current credit card information (only if used for automatic payments)
Changing or updating your credit card information for automatic payments
Note: If your credit card isn't accepted, see Solving credit card problems.
Removing payment information from your account
You can remove your automatic payment method at any time.
To remove your automatic payment method information:
You may continue to accrue fees for any listings you have on the site, as well as monthly fees for any active subscriptions such as eBay Stores. Be sure to cancel any subscriptions if you want to close your account.
If you have an outstanding balance, you'll need to make a one-time payment before you can remove your payment information.
