Before I purchased the saddle I asked how much the shipping was if it didnāt fit. And she said itās approximately $60. So I went ahead and ordered the saddle, when it arrived, it was not the same saddle that was shown in the picture that I had ordered. I returned it, and the shipping charge was $114. I reached out to them twice about giving me reimbursement for the shipping. But they never responded. I am very unhappy with their customer service. I would not recommend them at all.

This item was not as described.....it was 100% better!! I was expecting maybe a 2 inch piece of tooled leather with buckles on either end for that price point. What I received was a beautifully made, 3 inch, double layered, stitched heavy flank cinch. Very eyebrow raisingly surprised and incredibly pleased. Quick shipping. I will definitely be watching this shop in the future! Thank you so much! This cinch is probably nicer than the entire saddle I've been restoring that its going on!
