After receiving the wrong parts due to lack of specifications on EBAYS end of the deal, NOT the company’s fault. I contacted the company and this company is fixing my problem by sending me the right parts, they are covering shipping for the parts I need to send back AND they are covering the price difference between the sizes of what eBay did incorrectly! I initially received one package containing just the front and rear brake pads. However, this seller, when contacted, provided tracking numbers for the other two packages containing the front and rear rotors. All packages arrived in good condition, and were received by the projected delivery date on this eBay order. The parts all look to be excellent quality, even though I haven’t installed them yet on my wife’s 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L minivan. I would recommend this seller.

Incredible customer service, great product and a price you can't beat! UPS delivered na empty box. These guys didn't even hesitate and sent out another set of rotors. Can't thank them enough for standing behind their product, even when it wasn't their fault! It was a UPS screw up and these guys jumped on it immediately.
