    let met just say, this whole transaction from start to finish has been great! The shipping was extremely fast, the packaging was on the money, and the description was right on the nose. Great value for two series, one I missed watching and I have that I couldn't watch cause the companies distributor wouldn't release a bluray version, only a 4K version. Thanks to this seller, I get to watch both shows on my own terms, not streaming.

    I'm not going to fault the seller because the CD arrived cracked and unusable, though I think that, lacking a jewel case, the disk could have been more securely packaged. I will say that the seller was very prompt and responsible in making good on the situation. So, it's hard to rate this. The purchase didn't work out---it happens---but the seller made good on it right away.. The shipping could have been quicker too, but it's hard to find fault with free shipping.

    I'm sorry the post office mishandled your item. We pay extra for non-machinable hand sorted mail, but it still happens from time to time. Being music fans ourselves, we hate it as much a you do! Rest assured, though, we will ALWAYS take care of it if your item arrives damaged by the USPS. We always strive to be the best!
