He will negotiate for a bid , after you pay he won’t respond again and won’t ship the item. You have to go through eBay to get your refund after 14 days. A real waste of time. This seller need to be cancelled. Is making eBay look bad. I made a big mistake I didn’t read the seller’s reviews first. Don’t end up like me.
