Seller sold me a Nintendo Dogs DS Game with no game. I looked over their listing thoroughly and nowhere in the title or description did the listing say "no game" or "no disc". Once the item arrived and I saw there was no disc, I looked at the sellers page to see all their current and still avaliable listings were all changed to "No disc," when they weren't labeled that way before. It was defined a mislead listing and seller never responded. Luckily Ebay did step in to me to help
