  Be careful if you buy from this seller. He's a scammer who sold me a muffler for a Mazda CX5. The muffler is factory bent at the mounting neck, which then causes the entire exhaust pipe to bend to the side. He refused to send me a new muffler because he says all his mufflers are bent and defective. He was supposed to refund me $75 for shipping, which he still hasn't refunded. The quality of the muffler is poor, and those who manufacture it don't know how to precisely align and weld the parts.

We would never knowingly sell defective items, and we certainly do not consider any of our products to be "bent and defective." We offered prepaid return label for full refund so we could resolve the matter quickly but buyer declined to return the item. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to making things right.
