    Item shipped quicker than I expected, and was packaged very well. Because the glue is very old on pullip boxes, the plastic cover was removed but I think that is only because of the old glue. The doll is in very great condition besides the fact that there is a smell of cigarettes inside the box. When I took the doll out of the box the smell isn't that bad, but I had to throw away the doll's original box. Other than that, the seller was pretty good, communicative, and it matches description.

    Thank you. Had complications with my FedEx app so ended up getting shipped back to seller, but when received seller could ship it back again and paid over half of the re-shipping amount. So again huge thank you :) Apart from that, items came as pictured. No damage or anything inflicted, very neatly packed in. Seller was amazing with communication, service and patience!
