  Item that was sent to me was not item in picture the old bate and switch is a terrible way to do business fist picture was item i paid for next picture is what they sent you should have to contact seller and give them a sec chance to send what you paid for .   The unit in the pictures was in pristine shape. The unit I received was good, but the knobs showed signs of wear. It was clearly NOT the unit that was photographed. Pictures to follow. That being said, the unit I received functioned perfectly, and the part number was exactly as advertised, so it was a perfect fit in my 2011 Santa Fe.
