Due to COVID, the seller could not cross the border into the US and did not wish to pay Canadian postage rate. I offered to “pay up.” After literally months of waiting and repeated messages about “forgetting something in my cart,” I received notice that the item was no longer available. The experience was beyond frustrating. I’m guessing the seller saw the same item being offered for a much higher price and will relist. Positive: I did receive my item, and it was as described. Negative: The seller's description noted being able to combine shipping or refund excess shipping costs, but that did not happen. It seems the seller operates on the US/Canada border, has been impacted by the pandemic, and has frequently had "I'm away" notices on eBay. Communications I sent to the seller always went unanswered, and, as a result, I ended up overpaying shipping costs.- Positive: I did receive my item, and it was as described.
