There is no excuse or justification, for this behavior. I paid promptly, and I received a defective part. I sent an email via ebay twice regarding the item being bad and not working and received zero response. I asked for a refund and the seller has ignored my request. This is my first negative review since being on Ebay for many years. I will be formally contacting Ebay when I get back from vacation regarding this issue. This is about principal I would not recommend the seller. Buyer beware

First, this individual agreed to abide by the Seller's Free Return Policy, as well as eBay's Money Back Guarantee, when purchasing the item. Second, this individual has been added to the BBL for trying to abuse eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Third, this individual is just angry that this childish attempt at obtaining a returnless refund failed.
