Millions of products and items are bought and sold daily around the world. What happens to these products when they are either mistakenly purchased, barely used, or damaged? They are returned to the seller and are disposed of adding to the needless waste pile. Most of these items still have a lot to give, that's where Boxed Returns comes in.

Founded in 2016, we immediately started working towards improving sustainability within reverse logistics. While most companies saw it as a waste of resources to resell unwanted products, we made it our entire business model. With delicate quality checks from passionate employees, we have been able to give thousands of products a second life. We pride ourselves on the fact that every product we sell aids in the effort of fighting climate change by reducing waste.

I received the item promptly, but unfortunately it was not the color I had ordered. The condition was listed as New, which the item inside indeed was, but the box it arrived in was pretty scuffed-up and not "new" looking. This wouldn't have mattered, except that it was for a gift. However, I am giving a 5-star rating because the customer service was EXCELLENT. When I notified the seller of the wrong color, they immediately refunded my payment in full, which I greatly appreciated.

Bad seller! Order a L/XL receive a Sm/MD. Contact seller asking to fix no reply. Hat wasn't packed but just in a bag. Hat Arrive damaged. This is really disappointing for the price the Hat would had been very nice! If only it was the correct size and wasn't damaged.

It appears this printer is not new as advertised. It wasn't packed like a new one would be, there was no starter ink, there was no setup instructions, and the box said it was white but it was black. It wouldn't feed paper correctly no matter the number of sheets. It just appears to me that the printer was returned as defective, was put in a different box, and re-sold. I have contacted the seller via ebay and am awaiting for return instructions.
