Honest, trustworthy seller! Purchased a MacBook that arrived as pictured but was mishandled by shipping service. Not the sellers fault. The owner had her phone number in the package and I called and she instantly proceeded to help me. She found the same Mac I originally ordered and purchased it! Then she shipped it to me to replace the one damaged in transit. She called me everyday to ensure I was able to get the damaged one back and make sure I was happy with my purchase. An asset to eBay!
