    The seller listed a toaster as of stainless steel, but sent me a one made of plastic... then said "Sorry you didn't like it". Be prepared getting not-as-described from them.

    I did apologize. Only the working part up top was stainless steel, the rest was white. I corrected the items description on relisting it. I refunded the buyer and paid for shipping. I was legitimately sorry that the mix up happend. I try to have accurate desciptions, but I feel like this happens to everyone sometimes. I left positive feedback for the buyer and refunded them.
