    Seller contacted to increase shipping fee in excess of agreed and stated cost when order was placed (added $75), understandable as part is big/heavy but should have correct listing originally. Item arrived quickly but was damaged in several places. Sent photos to seller, refused refund unless sent back (another $120), ridiculous to spend $250 in shipping for a $150 part that is huge, heavy and bulky. I am unable to lift this part/box so taking it to UPS or FedEx for return is not possible.

    Shipping was advertised incorrectly , we did explain it to buyer and she agreed to pay the difference. She claims part is broken but we never got pictures of the damage.We can not process any refunds iif we can not see pictures of the damage.This is why we did ask to ship it back for the inspection.

    Seller did not contact me or replace the none working item as agreed to. I reached out several times and they haven’t responded. Will not be buying anything from them again. Bad for business. The part doesn’t work period.
