    Excellent customer service - I ordered this hose and unfortunately it was lost in the post. I contacted the seller and an apology and instant refund was provided. Unfortunately the part was out of stock so it was not possible to re-order. Despite this, ABC Products Direct handling of the situation was first rate customer service. It is unbelievable that Royal Mail can lose something the size of a vacuum hose!!

    ONLY REASON I AM GIVING POSITIVE IS THAT I FINALLY RECEIVED THIS ITEM TODAY AFTER WAITING 12 DAYS FOR IT - APPARENTLY THE FIRST PARCEL WHICH WAS NOT TRACKED WAS RETURNED TO ROYAL MAIL JUST THIS WEEK?????? IT IS A BIT STRANGE AS NO REASON WAS GIVEN. HOWEVER ON CONTACTING THE SELLER A REPLACEMENT WAS SENT OUT AND RECEIVED IT TODAY. PLEASED WITH THE TEM THOUGH. MOST SELLERS HAVE TO RELY ON COURIERS AND IF THEY ARE NOT EFFICIENT IT CAN CAUSE LONG DELAYS AND DISPUTES FROM CUSTOMERS.
