    The Machine works good and custom service is quick. Yet I don't feel good with the seller's pricing strategy. Before my order, the item is listed as the last one, 2 sold, but shortly after my purchase (definately within 48 hours), the seller listed an identical item described as the last one, 3 sold, and decreased the price for more than a hundred dollars. I contacted the seller for a refund, got no answer. I am not an easy negative rating person, will rate this transection as positive.

    I am very impressed with this seller and their online support team. I received the item very quickly, and I contacted their help team with many questions — all of which they patiently and thoroughly answered. I wanted to upgrade the version online, and their technical team was able to change it to the version I needed in my country’s language. The seller and their team provided excellent service both before and after the sale. Highly recommended seller!

    Machine is great, price is great, but, customer service could be better. 1, seller should tell buyer that there are multiple packages. 2, seller should reply email, message, text timely when buyer having questions. Not asking buyer to call as we have 12 hrs time difference. 3, instruction for setting up the stand is wrong, should be backwards. I still give 5 stars because of quality, functions and shipping are good.
