    As described, competitive price / shipping. Seller went all in on communication when Fedex didn't update for half a week, and then Fedex didn't ever show the transfer to USPS until the one week mark, after delivery. Not even after I picked up from the PO. This is not the first time eBay insisted on a physical address and then the shipper has diverted to the PO Box which of course is much more secure for us anyway.Great Seller but sorry for shipper's holiday dysfunction.

    Worst eBay experience ever. They shipped item after it was supposed to have arrived just for the package to show up a month late with saver damage that was never described than when I refused package and trued to get refunded they have fought me the whole time now won’t answer calls or messages and I still have not been refunded for this day Also I paid for shipping with an expected delivery date just for them to ship it with standard.

    They sent me someone else’s order. When I called them, I was told to call back the next day. They kept stalling me like this for three days, telling me to “call tomorrow” each time. They had no intention of actually solving my problem. After wasting several days of my time, I finally opened a return case through eBay and got my money back. But they basically stole almost a week of my time and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I just wanted to share this terrible customer service exp.
