(ACI) was founded in February 1994 and currently operates in the greater Denver Metro area via retail stores, an equipment-refurbishing facility, and an A+ Authorized Service Center. ACI is the largest independent dealer of used computer and electronic equipment in Colorado. Our business was built and continues to grow on our philosophy of establishing win-win relationships with all our customers and partners.     I tell him that the item arrived as described in the photo and that it doesn't work as it's supposed to and I only ask through the speaker and then no response.A lot was paid for a good shipment and it arrived in a mess.I have purchased other items from another seller. Shipping is much cheaper. The boxes arrive in bad condition, but the packaging is good and the items are not affected by the carrier's handling.
