    Description claimed laptop as "touchscreen". It was not! Contacted Seller, seller says they use "AI" to generate description & that it sold for a low price! HE DID NOT OFFER RETURN/REFUND! Who goes to eBay to pay high prices? Who "cares" if he does use "AI" (doubt it) generate description. Still must be "TRUE". I have a VW that "AI" lists as BMW, does buyer get stuck because of "AI". Simply "deception" and using the term "AI". "Deceitful" Beware! BAD LISTINGS! "Beware"
