  The seller marked the item as shipped but did not provide a tracking number. When i inquired, the seller claimed they shipped the item but it did not give them a tracking number. The seller later cancelled my order and gave me a refund but said i could keep the item when it arrives. The item never arrived, and i don't believe the seller ever shipped the item. Upon cancelling my order, the seller relisted the item.

  Order placed on Aug 5th and delivery estimated for August 11th. No tracking information provided. When item not received on the 14th I notified Ebay and sent a message to Seller requesting tracking info. On the 17th I received a reply from the seller advising that there was a labeling issue with USPS and tracking info was provided. It appears that the issue was that the seller hadn't even attempted to ship the item. Item eventually shipped and received on 8/22.
