We can’t accept returns on items sold in new condition that have been opened (i.e open package/removed plastic) or used. All returns must be returned in the same condition as they went out. Any items sold in new condition are sold as is, since we cannot perform a test without opening, any issues should be addressed with the manufacturer. Lastly, our 10 year old daughter loves to draw, so your package may have a fun doodle from her on it, please enjoy!

    This item is large and with a holiday and weekend the shipping time was excellent. Excellent packaging used for securing the trunk for shipping. The pictures and description made the sale. The dimensions provided matched up to an American Girl Trunk. Doll trunks are very expensive, both ones in good shape and junk. Add shipping, and you have to really think about the purchase. This doll trunk is an excellent value for the item and shipping combined. I LOVE this beautiful trunk!
