  The first one did not arrive. After waiting a couple weeks to be sure I contacted the seller. They informed me there were problems time to time with Royal Mail. They offered to send a second copy or refund me in full. The second one did arrive safely, and in a reasonable time. Item was exactly as pictured and descried. Slight damage on one corner, but over all great shape. 5 out of 5 for the sellers communication and kindness.

  If you want the genuine article in pristine condition - this is the place to be! I'm thrilled to bits with my order, a portrait of one of my favourite rock stars, straight from the original magazine, this is the real McCoy and not a print - amazing and only to be treasured.   This was the 2nd attempt the seller made at getting this item to me. The first never arrived. Gave refund. Week or two later seller said it was returned by mail do I want. Paid for 2nd time it did not contain what I ordered it was similar theme but different item. I rate positive only for the quick response in communication, seemingly sincere attempt to satisfy customer, and prompt refunds 2x so I don't know what happened but left this buyer disappointed not getting the actual item ordered.
