Spedito successivamente alla data prevista di consegna. Il venditore non ha risposto ai miei messaggi, in cui tra l altro suggerivo di evitare di spedire l articolo dato che era stata già superata la data di consegna prevista. Alla fine sono stato rimborsato da Ebay, seguendo la procedura. Magari è stato un caso ma una comunicazione maggiore avrebbe evitato inconvenienti per entrambi.

Quello che è capitato è che l'ordine è arrivato in un periodo in cui le festività Pasquali, quelle del 25 Aprile e quelle del 1 Maggio, hanno avuto un impatto sul nostro team e non siamo riusciti a stare al passo con le comunicazioni ricevute.
