I explained to them that without it being signed it’s just a bit of paper with no value. Got no further response after multiple messages, so sent item off to Beckett. It is not just a bit of paper with no value, each certificate marries upto the holographic sticker on the item which was obtained at our shows with proof images. There is no surer way to know your item is genuine than to buy it from the comapny that books these guests out. There can be a delay for the item going on the online portal as we have so many to do. Third party organisations cannot guarantee a signature is real. We can.

Action force toys did their best to communicate with DHL but unfortunately DHL were useless. So I got send a new one! Absolutely amazing company! They will look after customers, I highly recommend getting autographs through action force toys, especially if you live in Europe as the price is unbeatable plus with the excellent customer service!
