    I bought a "New" product from this seller. After 3 weeks of not receiving the item, I reached out to see what was taking so long. No response. Finally several weeks later I received the item, but it was used and even had a label that said "used" without the original packaging (as shown in the photo). Very disappointed. One of the worst sellers on eBay I've ever dealt with.

    When I ordered this item, I received the wrong thing. I got a skeleton case instead of the waterproof one, and the lens was dirty and scratched, but it did fit my GoPro Hero 3+ perfectly. That being said, I contacted Agent And and described my issue, and they sent me a full refund. I even got to keep the item too! I can't speak to the quality of the waterproof case, as I didn't actually receive it, but genuine GoPro stuff is generally good. Price is good and it looks like how it should.

    Product came as described, and works great. However the seller decided to ship the item via Media Mail, when it was not eligible for Media Mail through the USPS. I was charged $1.82 and had to go to the post office to pick it up. I contacted the seller with this info, and received no reply back. I have no issue with the extra $1.82 I had to pay, but it would've been nice to pay and know about that upfront.
