    I ordered my ID cards on 21st July 2025. since then I have emailed on 30th July, 1st August and 7th august and have not had a reply, I have been advised to buy additional cards and I am happy to however they are not accepting orders nor are they communicating with me. There has been a severe lack of communication and customer service and I am extremely disappointed. I would like someone to respond to my emails or phone calls.

    The order was placed on 18 July, not 21 July. Instructions were sent immediately and resent on 23 July after the customer advised they had not received them. We have checked our eBay inbox before our feedback reply. All messages received were replied; no emails were received on the later dates claimed. The customer requested to send additional cards for printing and was advised accordingly. We continue to accept orders. Due to repeated false statements, the order has been cancelled in full.
