There has been a severe lack of communication and customer service and I am extremely disappointed. Instructions were sent immediately and resent on 23 July after the customer advised they had not received them. We have checked our eBay inbox before our feedback reply. All messages received were replied; no emails were received on the later dates claimed. The customer requested to send additional cards for printing and was advised accordingly. We continue to accept orders. Due to repeated false statements, the order has been cancelled in full.
