    Seller misrepresented in the details of what the product was. From what I read in the description it read that I would be getting two tubes and only received one. I have a conversation between myself and the seller, and they even admit that they could understand why I thought I was getting too, but yet she won’t send me another one. By reading these negative comments. I see she’s done this before. Buyer Beware!

    Listing was for one sealed tube (0.5 oz)—not a “buy one, demand one free” deal. Buyer insisted on a second item never offered. I clarified the title, offered a return or store credit, and remained professional. Instead, the buyer was demanding I send them another tube of this product, instead of returning it for their money back. I stand by the accuracy of my listings. I sell beauty, not freebies.
