  Seller was really helpful before purchasing then after one use the mirror part on the lid came off was offered 10% refund or return not great as stated it was a gift so couldn't return as it had been gifted was told to glue it back, they'd never had complaints irrelevant to me as I clearly had a issue due to poor customer service I won't recommend seller nor product should of been stuck Tidy to start shame as the cup looks so nice let down by poor quality &came off after one use says alot really
