    The item was “lost in shipping” and the seller would not resolve it. eBay finally did after 4 weeks. Do not do business with this seller as they have zero customer service. I requested a refund a week after my item was supposed, and advertised, to arrive. I was told to keep waiting. 4 weeks later and the seller still did not take any action. Waiting so long for eBay is not cool either. There are other places with much better customer service.
