    Der Artikel war in einem defekten Karton verpackt (evtl. Transport). Die Zustellung wurde mir 4mal angekündigt und erfolgte nicht. Ich musste den Artikel aus einer myflexbox 5 Kilometer entfernt abholen. UPS ist der schlechteste Zusteller!

    The courier does not accept damaged packages, as you rightly pointed out it must have happened during transport. I assume that the product arrived undamaged, so what's the problem? It is difficult to get along with every customer, one likes DHL, another UPS, and yet another carrier. The courier found no one at the address and redirected the package to UPS Access Point for easy pick-up. For the future, show a little more understanding, no one will adjust to your hours of being at home.
