    Correct item arrived in excellent condition (was initially taken aback by loose phone handsets in a bubble mailer, but arrived with no damage at all). Tested both handsets and they work great with the existing phone system. Item came as described. Before ordering I tried to contact the seller with a question, but the seller chose not to accept questions; knocked a start off communication for that (I really believe everyone should be willing to answer questions). Otherwise a great experience.

Even though fairly small, the item purchased was securely packaged to survive the trip. Item was as described & depicted in the photos.     I ordered AT&T phone cradles from this party and then the day they arrived I discovered that I didn't need them, because the phones I had worked once I found a phone installer who could make my old phone products work with the newer ones. I returned these to the seller that day and the seller refunded me in less than a week. I would recommend this seller because I sure her product was good, it just turned out that I didn't need it after all and the seller promptly sent my money back.
