This rug is exactly as described & depicted - beautiful; the seller bargained so the price was good; delivery was prompt- but, although the buyer stated that returns are accepted, in fact the cost to ship the 5 lb rug to Lahore, Pakistan was prohibitive, and considerably more than the rug's cost. This was not an option. I'll be much better educated next time. I contacted two international carriers who both confirmed the shipping cost.

The rug arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. I was very impressed by how vivid the colours are. Provided along with the rug were instructions for keeping it in good condition which is very helpful. Cant provide a quality picture of my rug hanging on the wall because I havent managed to hang it up yet unfortunately. Attached is a picture of the large sized rug unfolded just after unboxing it. Communications and customer service seem excellent.
