  Fast shipping but the item arrived busting out of the box, which was too small, and had no padding or anything packing material to protect the item. It was banged up a little. It did, indeed, function as described after all that. A good value for what I received, but I just didnt understand the lack of care in the packing of such a large and heavy item.
